
Returns policy
We at Dramaqueenz believe our costumes and products must always live up to our customers high expectations.
That said, all goods purchased from Dramaqueenz Fancy Dress may be returned for refund for whatever reason and, subject to the terms below, within 7 days from receipt of the delivery. Please note that delivery dates are verified by a tracking number assigned to your order, and this date is strictly adhered to. Your return must be sent via a traceable method, i.e. Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for refunding the order, proof of receipt is not proof of delivery. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the refund. You must also return the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice with your item.
We regret that it is not possible to return products purchased directly from our website to our Ormeau Road Shop. You must follow our returns policy and return goods by post.
Returned goods will only be accepted back for refund if unused, undamaged and unworn (except to try on) and in the same condition as they were despatched, i.e. all original packaging must be included and must not be damaged/split (this includes picture cards being folded, missing or defaced) & with all relevant accessories enclosed. Any cardboard inlays included should be placed back inside the packaging and returned as well. Returns that reach us damaged or without packaging will be refused refund and returned to the customer and an additional postage fee will be charged to return items to sender.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to health and personal hygiene considerations, wigs, eyelashes, prosthetic teeth, eyemasks, contact lenses, facial hair, tights/stockings and underwear cannot be returned for any reason even if unworn.
Shoes, boots and cosmetics are only returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging and must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us. Replacement items will be sent to you entirely free of charge, however in the case of refunds, please note that it can take approximately 3-5 working days for your card to be refunded.
